Badger Cubs Basketball Team Host Belt and Fairfield

There was basketball action Saturday morning at Cascade Public Schools, as elementary basketball teams from the towns of Cascade, Belt and Fairfield met for some friendly competition. Teams were divided into 1st - 2nd grade, 3rd-4th grade, and 5th grade. Ability, of course, varied from each age group. The little ones were fun to watch; they just wanted to have fun, not knowing much of the rules, and depending on their coaches for direction (one even ran toward the wrong goal with the ball!).
