Two Badger football players have received All-Conference recognition from the coaches and administrators in the South Central Conference. Every year, the conference coaches, along with athletic directors, get together after the regular season to make All-Conference selections. The basic structure is that other teams vote for the Athletes, and schools may support and lobby for, but are not allowed to vote for their own players. This year, Caiden Sekuterski received 2nd Team All-Conference honors at running back and 2nd Team All-Conference honors at punter. Hal McGregor received 2nd Team All-Conference honors at offensive guard. In addition to these honors, Caiden Sekuterski has been selected to the Cleverly All-Star Game that will be held this summer and Brent Ethridge has been selected as an alternate, a great recognition. It is an honor that the other teams in the conference recognized our athletes for these accolades! Congratulations to these three stand out football players. One item remains to be announced, the All-State selections. We are hopeful that we have more honors to come. Go Badgers!
