The Cascade Zoning Committee held their first meeting of the year on Wednesday, January 3, at the town hall. Several topics were covered:
Regulation of commercial use of short-term rentals (AirBNB, VRBO, etc.) This topic was discussed due to concerns about happenings related to short-term rentals in other states.
Reviewing possible changes to residential and multi-family housing zones. Any changes were agreed to be tabled until any issues were resolved.
Adjustment of a property boundary. This topic was brought to the committee by Will Scott representing Mike Moore. Craig Moore notably abstaine...
