On Tuesday the 14th, Cascade School held its annual Family Reading Night. Families walked through the library doors and entered Camp Read-a-lot. Students and their families were able to make bookmarks, play mad libs and word games, use finger flashlights to spot 'sight words in the stars', read together in a cozy teepee, and grab a s'mores treat. Every student went home with an armful of books, a finger flashlight and a 'reading buddy' stuffed animal donated by Scheels Sporting Goods.
