Carter Casavant Signs with Carroll College

Carter Casavant joins the Carroll College track team! The signing took place on Friday at the old gym. He'll be joining Harlie Jackson who signed with Carroll earlier in the year. They will be coached by former Cascade record-holder, Harry Clark, track coach at Carroll. CONGRATULATIONS CARTER!
