All dressed up for the Ball
The Murder Mystery Party all started with wanting to have fun and wanting to meet more people from the community.
I saw the local lady from the Senior Center on the local news; she looked like they work hard and do good things. So, I wanted to give a little back to them. I am also trying to raise some money for the haunted house that I am doing for the kids this year in the Wedsworth Hall basement.
I have always wanted to do a murder mystery party and started looking into the process. I learned so much. I did have a few glitches, but I think most of the attendees had fun. I also met some amazing new friends who totally saved my hide to get the hall decorated and cleaning it up the next day.

Roberta Tillman was voted next winner, for playing a sharp game. Both received guided fly Fishing trips on the Missouri River.
Melanie, Josh, and Jeb were also voted as winners with how well they played the game- peer vote- they won gift certs from Rhonda Gatch - Dam Girl Designs.
Thank you again for attending this event The next one is "Tacos, Tequila, & Murder" on Cinco de Mayo. Thank you to all who helped me, especially Austin Gatch and Melanie who helped get the hall decorated!
I am trying to create fun in the community. This is a hard-working town. Kids need to have fun as well as adults. We need to get out and mingle doing things that we don't normally do.
There is skating on the first Fridays of the month at the Hall. The kids seem to enjoy those nights, but we need to have more fun.
We have planned 4 different events in 2023.

The next event is a Cinco de Mayo party at Wedsworth Hall on May 5th. We will have games & scavenger hunts and great food available. Open event, no tickets needed to get in.
Then the main summer time event is going to be crazy fun! July 15th Slip n' Slide Kick Ball, get your teams ready!
The Haunted House will be on Halloween. I may open up the 30th, if set up goes smoothly, in the Wedsworth basement.
We will finish off with an amazing New Years Eve party. It is about being friends in the community and enjoying the time together.
