Call to Order: 5:30 p.m.

Attendance: Mayor Wes Seabolt, Trustee Jason Cornelius, and Town Clerk Melanie Bissell were present.

Approval of the Minutes from October 10, 2024:

Trustee Jason Cornelius moved to approve.

Mayor Seabolt seconded.
