A person that is most deserving of the honor of Volunteer of the month is Robert Giop. "Chopper", as he is known to his many friends, has graced the doors of the senior center for over a decade with his friendly greeting of "How are you doing today", a caring smile and "Let me help you" attitude. He started helping at the senior center in 2008 and was instrumental in assisting with the re-application of our non-profit status.
